Just want to say that we visit your site frequently and always enjoy the stories and especially the pictures. Thanks for your hard work---and for going to the trouble to keep it clean. One day we will report on one of our adventures.

I have just experienced freefall and have found it to be the most relaxing and spiritual feeling anyone person could ever have. I walk through everyday looking into the sky and wondering if today would be a good day to jump. Ever since I started jumping little things that used to annoy me have become so petty and unimportant. Skydiving has been the one thing in my life that alows me to be myself and actually experience life in a fashion few do. I love the sport and will continue to do it to the day I die, be it by malfunction or old age. I recommend this sport as a way to vent frustrations and enjoy life in a whole new perspective. To all the jumpers of the world, may malfunction stay away from you and may you see the light like I have. Keep jumping forever.

Hello Carl! What a great site! You have certainly captured the Spirit of Adventure!

Our Explorasport site displays what we have coined as "Webumentaries" ... describing a variety of adventure activities in Canada and around the world...

we invite you and your visitors to network with us at www.explorasport.ca/explorasport to spread the "Explorasport" message and encourage web surfers to shut off the computer and "Get Out There!"

Thanks again for your great site!
We look forward to your visit....

I saw a scuba dive on the Discoevery Channel. It was in Walkers Key in the Bahamas. They called it a shark rodeo and what they basicaly do is drop divers over the side and give them time to get their butts into a protective corner. Then they lower a barrel of frozen fish over the side and call in "whoever" for dinner. Looks wild and definitley on the "gotta do" list.

Like the site.

The first time I ever went white-water rafting, it was in West Virginia at the Cheat River Outfitters. Needless to say, we were going down the Cheat River. Any way the first time we went down our Raft, concisting of 8 scouts and 1 guide, (who was really cool. . . his name was Clete) When we hit a set of rapids called Big Rocking Horse, we totally lost it. Out of 9 after the disater was ove, we had 3 people, all of which were either laying on the bottom of the raft, or hanging on the out side of the raft, and out of 9 paddles, 1 remained in the raft. I have a sequence of 5 photos of the whole thing, and it's really cool.
That and snorkeling at Looe Key is the two coolest things that I have ever done. Unlike the Cheat River, which was 38 degrees, at Looe Key, there was 75 foot visiblity in 85 degrees. The tour boat was comfortable and the Captain and his mate were two of the nicest people I've ever met. While I was snorkling, I saw schools of tropical fish, which were in many different shapes and colars. One of my favorites was the black and white angel fish. I also saw a baby moray eel, a school of four stingrays and many barracuda which were absolutly harmless. We were almost visited by some dolphins, but they kept there distance. During my dive, the mouth piece of my snorkel had fallen off. It sunk to far for me to dive, so I tried to signal a SCUBA Diver, but he couldn't find it, so I went back onto the boat, andthe first mate dove down and got it for me. If you ever want to go diving/snorkeling, you should seriously consider spending the extra money to go all the way to the Keys. . . It is one of the best places to dive in the country.

stayed at the Berry Brae Guest House in Lower Burlington, Nova Scotia, Canada and was a very pleasing, relaxed stay. It is near the
world's highest tides and fossils. cheap too! It's a farm also.

GREAT SITE!!!
I'm hooked on adrinaline rushes, we just got back from Luxemburg where we did some mountain clumbing and repelling. Had a blast doing that. But now on Aug. 2 we're going to try some skydiving here in Germany. Thx for all the info. and what I should expect.
