Night Jump

i did my first night jump last weekend. it was superb.
in the UK, for your first nj you can only do a solo exit and 10 second
delay but that was enough to bring back that feeling you get when you do
your first ever jump. jumping out into absolute darkness with only a set
of car headlights to tell you where the dz is. we pointed the car into
wind to let people know which direction to land although i lost my
bearings at one point and landed down wind. luckily i damaged nothing but
a bit of pride. i strongly recommend doing a night jump if you get the
chance and haven't already!
